Piedmontese cooking demo & private dinner in Boston area with Davide Marchegiano
WHY: We believe in the power of recipes, which are edible food stories to be shared and savored to nourish your heart and stomach!

WHAT: Savoring traditional recipes, wines and stories from our nonne and mamme from Piedmont regions. Davide and Cristiano are NOT professional chefs but we’ll share with you local and traditional ways of cooking from our home region as we learned in our past trips
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Please remember that if you want to help cooking you will be asked to sign a Release from Liability otherwise “just” bevi, mangia, impara and divertiti! (drink, eat, learn and have fun in Italian)

FOOD and WINE: We believe is important to source local and seasonal ingredients to support those who who care about the land, the animals and the people involved in food production. Some of the ingredients are from Farmers to You from Vermont, Whole Foods Market in Medford and Olio Taibi from Sicily.
