TRIP INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance. If you do not have a preferred insurer, see more info here with our suggestions.

MEALS: All breakfasts, most dinners, a few lunches and tastings noted in the itinerary are included. All other meals are on your own and we’ll give you suggestions on the choices available. Dinners included in the tour price have been carefully planned emphasizing local ingredients, as available. Your Tour Leader will try to customize your menu based on specific dietary needs and/or food allergies. Please make sure to speak with your Tour Leader for any specific needs. Wines are not included but your Tour Leader is happy to make pairing suggestions with the local grapes. If you like, you may contribute to a “wine fund” at the beginning of the tour, which will be used to purchase wines at dinners. Or you may order and pay for your own wine.

TRAVELING IN A GROUP: CB Hospitality loves to organize tours with small groups (minimum of 6, maximum of 16) with a guide-to-guest ratio of 1 to 8. Small group travel promises highly personal service and the ability to be flexible to meet each traveler’s needs. At the same time, we rely on your commitment to being on time for transfers and open to different activities for the group. Above all, this is your vacation. So please share with us as much as you can about your dreams and preferences and we will do our best to ensure you a trip of a lifetime.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Prices are per person and based on double occupancy. A single supplement charge will apply if you prefer to have your own room. If you ask to be paired up with a roommate we’ll try to find a suitable match and if none is available, the single supplement will apply.

BICYCLE RENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: If you rent a bicycle for one of our cycling tours, it is expected that the condition you receive it in is how it will be returned. You are fully responsible for any damage incurred during the bicycle rental period. As one would do with a rental car, we strongly recommend that you check your bicycle carefully upon receipt and report any existing damage to your guide. At the end of the tour, your guide will inspect your bicycle for visible damage and relay to you if a possible charge is expected from our bicycle supplier.

CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY: We do our best to make sure the itinerary is as accurate as possible but sometimes it is possible, for reasons beyond our control and/or due to weather and other factors, that we need to make changes in order to maintain our standard of quality as high as possible.
