Sicilian cooking class, private dinner in Cambridge & grocery shopping with Italian Chef Angelo Guida

WHY: We believe in the power of recipes, which are edible food stories to be shared and savored to nourish your heart and stomach, in addition to connecting with the people who make your food!

 

WHEN: Wednesday, April 27th, 2016 from 3pm to 9:30pm (including grocery shopping from 3-5pm while meeting the local vendors)

 

WHERE:  At your home in Cambridge, MA

 

WHAT: Sicilian cooking class and private dinner in Cambridge featuring Chef-Instructor Angelo Guida and some vendors that we are going to meet during grocery shopping together!

 

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Please remember that if you want to help cooking you will be asked to sign a Release from Liability otherwise “just” bevi, mangia, impara and divertiti! (drink, eat, learn and have fun in Italian)

FOOD and WINE: We believe is important to source local and seasonal ingredients to support those who who care about the land, the animals and the people involved in food production. Some of the ingredients are from Red’s Best and cheese from Wolf Meadow Farm at Boston Public Market. We’ll feature also bread from Iggy’s in Cambridge, more ingredients from Farmers to You in Vermont and Whole Foods Market in Medford. Grazie also for wonderful organic EVOO Olio Taibi from Sicily and wines from Vintages on Line wine shop in Belmont, MA.
